"Clarity" is a book project created during my summer at California State Summer School for the Arts. I wanted to created something meaningful that documented my thought process and insecurities. With the great print resources I had, I was excited to make use of the vivid colors, transparency sheets, custom binding, anaglyph 3D, and tactile value of a printed book. It was a fun journey from start to finish.

My process involved sketching my ideas first, then taking my favorite ones into Illustrator to design and organize into a cohesive book. Printed on "Ultra Premium Presentation Paper", single page binding with craft store white thread, with cover sleeve over the black-covered cardboard body of the book. I took inspiration for the construction by researching many different book binding methods.
